NEXT-GEN MARKETING: THE AGENCY ALTERNATIVE, POWERED BY CREATORS.
Traditionally, marketing has worked as a two-way street. There have been agencies, and there has been in-house. But in an era shaped by algorithms and organic growth, there is need for more. For the next generation of marketing that lives and breathes like the creators that fuel our phone screens.

"JUST KEEP SCROLLING"

KLYM&CO is bridging this gap as the media agency transforming brands and organisations into authentic, socially native storytellers.

With the knowledge many agencies lack, KLYM&CO is powered by the behaviours and platform literacy of founder and successful content creator Max Klymenko, and shaped by a team of creative minds.

During my time at KLYM&CO, we worked to establish a bold and disruptive brand through our visual world, tone and new website.

With social media at the core, a nod to our digital DNA was key. The logo was built from strong lines and modular cubes; referencing screen dimensions and post formats, it became a structural shorthand for the platform-native mindset that drives the brand.

The website strategy centred on finding equilibrium between professional credibility and embracing the unpolished nature of creator culture. With Max as a driving force behind KLYM&CO’s personality, the user journey was shaped to bring his story forward in ways that felt fresh, grounded, and free from cliché.
A rich colour palette of deep purples and fluorescent accents was cherry-picked to emit confidence and a youthful energy.
THE IMPACT

In the first year, KLYM&CO quickly established itself as a digitally native media agency helping brands grow with authenticity, relevance, and impact within online communities.

We worked with leading NGOs and the former president of Costa Rica on a global climate project, generating a reach of over 5 million.

A leading children's education platform, positioning them as a go-to destination for playful and engaging learning. This led to 10x the amount of profile visits and 6x the amount of growth in followers, in just under a year.

Confused.com and EasyJet on a series of reels, repositioning these household names and embedding them in online conversations.
