In 2024, approximately 300,000 people in the UK were stalked by a partner or ex partner.
Of those, 74% experienced violence or controlling behaviour, causing trauma that doesn’t end with the relationship.
But this number isn't getting any smaller. And too often, systems designed to protect simply don’t.
Bubble is a native safety feature designed to change that.

Developed in collaboration with operating system providers like Apple and Google, it exists within the phone’s core software; not as a third-party app working around privacy barriers, but as a built-in layer of protection.
Using Bluetooth Low Energy, Bubble doesn’t track or collect location data. Instead, it passively monitors for nearby signals from a previously ‘known device’, someone the user has been in contact with via calls, texts, shared Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connections. If that device comes into range (their 'bubble') , the user receives a discreet alert, giving them time to stay vigilant, change course, or seek help.
With no current solution offering this kind of real-time proximity warning, Bubble creates a new kind of safety net. One that gives vulnerable people back a small, crucial sense of control.
